Gemfest 2011

Nambour Lapidary Club welcome you to their 5th annual Gemfest on 8th October 2011. It is the largest gemfest on the coast and their sucess keeps growing. This year they have in excess of 160 traders/stallholders on the day. A huge variety of Gemstones, Crystals, Opals, Minerals, Jewellery, Lapidary sales and much more. 

A fun day out for all the family with face painting and activities for the children, as well as faceting and silvermaking demonstrations throughout the day. Lapidary is the art of cutting and polishing stones, and attracts all ages. 

Food and refreshments will be available all day. Free parking on site but a small donation to Palmwood Scouts would be appreciated.  Entry to Nambour Showgrounds via main gate.
